Partners Supply Delivery Policy

Partners Supply knows that for our customers, time is money!
At Partners Supply Company our #1 goal is customer service. That’s why our fleet of delivery trucks are on the road early to fulfill your needs and our promise of guaranteed next day delivery to regularly scheduled areas. Partners Supply will deliver to your shop or job site, whichever is best for you.
Next Day Delivery
Partners Supply offers Free Delivery on all Qualifying orders. All orders faxed or phoned in by 4pm EST the day before are guaranteed to be delivered by 4pm EST the next day. Free delivery is offered for all orders over $350.00 of product. If under $350.00, there will be a drop off charge of $15.00. Please call your local branch for more information on our next day delivery service area.
In Town Same Day Deliveries
If you are located within a 25 mile radius of Partners Supply, we ask that you have your orders faxed or phoned in no later than 10:00am or 90 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time for same day delivery. The minimum order amount for Metro delivery is $350.00, if under $350.00 there will be a drop charge of $15.00. Scheduled Route Delivery
In areas outside of our next day delivery area we offer conveniently scheduled routes to your area. All orders faxed or phoned in by 4pm EST the day before are guaranteed to be delivered by 4pm on your scheduled day. Free delivery is offered for all orders over $350.00 in product. If under $350.00 there will be a drop off charge of $15.00. Please call your local branch for more information on our scheduled route service area.
AM Express Delivery
We have the capability to make a limited number of deliveries before 9am. However, these requests are filled on a first come basis and must be placed the day before, no later than 4pm. Normal qualifying order amounts apply.
Freight Policy
Any orders placed that are outside the regularly scheduled delivery area and are called in by 2:30pm EST will be shipped out the same day to your location via freight truck. Orders over $5000.00 will be sent freight prepaid, orders under $5000.00 will be sent freight collect.
UPS Orders
Partners Supply also offers same day shipment through UPS on any ordered called in by 2:30 EST. Normal UPS charges will apply to these orders.
Warranty Parts
At Partners Supply, we try to make every warranty claim fast and trouble free to save the contractor time & money. Warranty parts will be shipped the same day when called in by 2:30 p.m. EST. UPS charges apply. Partners Supply will not pickup or deliver warranty parts unless a qualifying order is being delivered or a drop off charge of $50.00 will be billed. Once the warranty part is sent back with a proper claim/warranty paperwork, a credit will be issued to the account. If the warranty part is returned to Partners Supply via UPS, the contractor is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Order Procedures
At Partners Supply, we are prepared to accept your orders via phone, text, fax or email, whichever is best and most convenient for you. We provide a friendly, knowledgeable sales staff to take your order over the phone. We also provide easy to use fax order forms to fax your orders in. We encourage you to use this service when possible as it greatly reduces errors in keying orders in. Whenever orders are faxed in we will call you within 30 minutes to confirm receipt so you can be assured it was received by us. We offer Text 2 Branch Services. Text your next order to your local branch telephone number for quick and easy ordering. We will respond to your questions or request within five minutes.
